Who am I?
Arguably the most important question on the minds of everyone that comes across you and your content. For introduction's sake, my name is Dawar Khan. I am a Software Engineering student, in other words, a work in progress. The fact of the matter is, none of it matters, who I am, what I do, where I come from and things like that. I'm a mere human living a normal life, thankful to the Creator for everything. What actually matters the most is the motivation behind me that has utterly driven me to start writing blog-posts in hopes to reach the masses and spread awareness in order to bring about a positive change nationwide. I know I'm a long way from that for now, but you always end up starting somewhere. I am a content writer, the head of social media for The Blood Heroes Team, Pakistan, that is rooted from Khyber Medical College, Blood Wing, Peshawar. This brings me to the next point, and the most crucial one.
What I stand for :
To put it in terms for everyone to understand, what I am is totally irrelevant, what matters is, I stand on God's side, I stand for justice. That speaks for itself. The condition that the world is in today, especially my country, my Pakistan, which was once considered to be the home of peace and prosperity. Leave justice aside, we have completely forgotten the very reality of life, that everyone dies in the end. Murders are being committed openly, money is power, there is no justice, cruelty befalls everywhere, the oppressed are voiceless, children and women are getting kidnapped and raped, burned later on. Keep women to a side, the mere thought of a father that comes to know about his 5 year old daughter's rape and then viciously having her body burnt by the ravagers, who took their temporary lust out on a little girl, his feelings and his state of mind runs shivers down my spine, and this is only one story out of the hundreds happening everyday in Pakistan. Pakistan today is a country, where mothers, sisters and daughters don't feel safe, even at homes, let alone going out somewhere, this is because of all the horror these animals, these defilers have spread. As a matter of fact, Pakistan is considered to be one of the top countries with the most rape cases that include rape of children, women and the elderly. Normally, humans is considered to be a broader category to have suffered this malice called rape. In Pakistan, not even animals are safe from this savagery. In a country that all of this occurs, is a country that has forgotten their moral values, the basic code and conduct of life, that is ultimately death comes for all in the end. My question to whoever reads my post is, why all this temporary but undying lust, why the victimization of the poor, why the oppression of the needy, why the discrimination as a whole at all? This is who I am, who due to personal reasons and other experiences, is thriving to be the voice of the voiceless, the hope of the hopeless, endlessly trying to, in some way be of service to those that have no other support, who don't get the opportunity to have a say for themselves, and having no other choices but to go through all the suffering alone. Not anymore, it is high time to end all this, it is time to free my Pakistan of all these infectious plagues that have eaten off of my country and has caused it to rot inside out. The oppressed will not be oppressed anymore, the voiceless need to be given their right to speak up for themselves. The savages and the havoc they have wreaked have become the image of Pakistan to other countries, when in reality, Pakistan is the name of peace. It is the time to stand up for justice, because if we, the middle class with minimal resources won't become the voice of the hopeless, voiceless and oppressed, ask yourselves, what do you even stand for? What is your purpose in life, and derive from that, the meaning of life. I, through my blogs am and will always be in service of my cause, making constant efforts to raise awareness and spread my messages nationwide in hopes to take measures in order to get rid of the evil that consumes our country and us. I believe that together, united as one, as a single voice that speaks louder than anything, a voice that speaks for all those that have been tortured both mentally and physically, we can and we will get it done. Save humanity, save Pakistan, start from your home.

ReplyDeleteIt's always a delight to come across men standing up and acknowledging the grievances of the marginalised sections of the society. An excellent piece of work.

Thank you for the kind words, I appreciate it. Somebody has to stand up in order to at least try and bring about a positive change, and to a place that is corrupt to the core and a breeding ground for all sorts of evil. I for one will never stop trying, through my posts, to be the voice of those that are unheard of. Spread the hashtag #voiceofthevoiceless. It's high time we bring about that change.
DeleteIt's consistently a joy to go over men standing up and recognizing the complaints of the underestimated areas of the general public. A superb bit of work.
